Ingredients
  • 12 oz pasta (penne, rigatoni, or your favorite)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 can 14 oz (artichoke hearts, drained and chopped)
  • 3 cups fresh spinach, roughly chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Fresh basil, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
  1. Cook the Pasta

    Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. Prepare the Sauce

    In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. Pour in the heavy cream and broth, stirring to combine.

  3. Add Cheese and Veggies
